About
The story and the vision.
Knew Glory, was a divine assignment conceived in August 2019 that took several people and several years before this delivery would be introduce to the world.
For many, the American flag has long represented freedom, sacrifice, and hope. Yet for millions whose ancestors were brought to this land in bondage, the journey to fully belonging has been marked by generations of perseverance, faith, and an unwavering belief that one day they, too, would be embraced within America's promise.
Knew Glory is a symbol created in remembrance of that journey.
The name itself carries the message. Knew reflects the enduring hope of those who believed that one day their descendants would stand as full participants in the American story. Glory represents the faith that justice, dignity, and recognition would ultimately prevail — a promise seen through the eyes of God, who never lost sight of those history often overlooked.
Knew Glory does not seek to replace Old Glory, the flag of the United States. Instead, it stands beside it as a symbol of remembrance, inclusion, and reconciliation. Together, they tell the fuller story of America — honoring our past while embracing a future where every citizen can see themselves reflected in the nation's journey.
Knew Glory is more than a flag. It is an invitation to remember, to learn, to heal, and to celebrate the resilience of those whose sacrifices helped build this nation.
